Supporting Gazan Children

During the month of Ramadan, activists at Combatants for Peace ran a campaign to provide orphaned children from Gaza with food, clothing, toys, and other supplies. These essential supplies were collected for 68 children between the ages of 2 and 14 who were evacuated from Gaza to SOS Children’s Villages in the West Bank.

UNICEF estimates that more than 17,000 children in Gaza are unaccompanied or separated from their families due to the war.

Though CfP was able to extend a helping hand to these orphaned children, we grieve that these children no longer have their parents and our minds and hearts remain with all the children who are still in danger in Gaza.
