We will not be silenced.

We are creating a unique International broadcast event, producing a  ceremony that has the potential to shift the hearts and minds of tens of thousands of people around the world.  We have been asked: why invest in the Joint Memorial Ceremony? Isn’t it more important to focus on the effects of the Coronavirus right now? Our answer is simple: Human Rights, Equality and Peace cannot wait.

The effects of the occupation have worsened because of Corona. Homes have been demolished, despite all of Israel and Palestine living under ‘Shelter in place’ orders. Those who have lost their homes, have not only lost everything, but are threatened with increasing exposure to the Coronavirus. The blockade and lack of adequate medical care in Gaza creates the potential for one of the most dangerous and deadly outbreaks in the world, if the virus were to gain a significant foothold there.

Now, more than ever we MUST stand up for human rights and justice. Lives depend on it. The Joint Memorial Ceremony is a historic event that provides a sense of hope, and seeds the potential for change. Despair leaves people helpless, whereas hope spurs people to action. This year we will come together: tens of thousands of people from all over the world. We will create a new reality: a reality of peace.

In today’s times it is easy to give into despair, but we do not have the privilege of giving up.
Hope is more essential now, than it has ever been.
Love, solidarity and courage will always overcome fear.

War is NOT an Act of Fate! There is Another Way!
Thank You for Making Our Work Possible.
